Except as expressly otherwise noted, all data you download from HOPE are made available to you in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-4.0 International License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) , as amended and updated by Creative Commons from time to time (“CC BY-4.0”), which is incorporated herein by this reference. The CC BY-4.0 License allows you to freely share and adapt HOPE content for any purpose, even commercial ones, provided that you give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use. Appropriate Credit means, if supplied, you must provide the name of the creator and attribution parties, a copyright notice, a license notice, and a disclaimer notice. Our privacy policies

Introduction

Thank you for using HOPE. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms. If you have any questions or comments, or if you want to update, delete, or change any personal information you have submitted on the Service, please e-mail the Center for Public Health Law Research at Temple University Beasley School of Law (CPHLR) at monqcle.info@temple.edu. HOPE is owned and operated by CPHLR at 1819 N. Broad Street, Barrack Hall, Suite 300, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19122. The Center for Public Health Law Research will be referred to as “CPHLR” under these Terms. HOPE will be referred to as the “Service.” Users of this Service will be referred to “User” or “you” under these Terms. In the course of providing the Services, CPHLR may collect Personal Information about a User. This Privacy Policy is effective with respect to any data CPHLR has collected or will collect, about and/or from you, according to our Terms of Use. If there are any changes to this Privacy Policy, CPHLR will post them on the Service. Any changes will be effective as of the last date we post on the Service. CPHLR will not treat information of any open account differently from any other open account. If we ever change our Privacy Policy to expand our rights to use or disclose personal information for marketing purpose, you will be able to opt out without termination.

Information Collected

When you create an account to use the Service or send us an e-mail, you are giving us information that CPHLR collects. That information may include your IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card information, and other details like occupation and demographic information. By giving CPHLR this information, you consent to your information being collected, used, disclosed, and stored by CPHLR, only as described in our Privacy Policy. CPHLR may get information about how and when you use the Service. This information may include your IP address, time, date, browser used, and actions taken by you within the Service. When you create an account to use the Service, CPHLR stores cookies, or strings of code, on your computer. Public Information and Third Parties

Our Service includes links to other websites, whose privacy policies might be different than that of CPHLR. If you submit any personal information to any of those websites, your information will be governed by their privacy policies.

If a security breach causes an unauthorized use of our system that materially affects you, CPHLR will notify you as soon as possible and report our actions in response.

Safeguarding Information

Accounts for the Service requires a username and password to log in. You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not disclose your username and password to a third party.

Accuracy of Data, Transparency, and Choice

If your account data changes, you are responsible for notifying CPHLR of those changes. This includes switching to a new e-mail address. We only store data for as long as is reasonably required to fulfill the purposes that gave CPHLR the right to access it in the first place. We will provide you with access to any personal information about you that we hold within 30 days of any request for that information you make by contacting us at monqcle.info@temple.edu. Unless prohibited by law, we will remove any personal information about you from our servers at your request.
